Terms & brokerage disclosure

Car Match is a vehicle marketing and buyer-matching intermediary. We market cars on behalf of private owners who have authorised us to do so, and introduce those owners to potential buyers.

We are not a dealer, we do not own the vehicles shown, and we are not a party to the sale contract between buyer and seller.

Vehicle information (specifications, mileage, history, condition and features) is supplied by the owner. We present it in good faith but don’t independently verify it, and it is not a guarantee of condition, title, mileage, history or any other seller representation.

Buyers must verify the car themselves before buying — including an independent inspection, the car’s papers, the ownership record, and any mortgage, seizure or restriction — through the official channels.

Photos show the specific car listed. They are supplied by the owner or taken for the listing, and are not edited in ways that hide or change its condition. Any demo listing on a preview build is clearly marked.

The asking price is set by the owner and may change. A car may be reserved, sold or withdrawn by its owner at any time. A listing is not an offer to sell by us.

Viewing, negotiation, payment and official ownership transfer happen directly between the buyer and the registered owner, through the proper legal process.

We never receive or hold money for the purchase of a car. Never pay a deposit or any amount to someone claiming to represent us without confirming with us directly on the official number published on this website.

For sellers: there is no upfront fee. Our current fee is a success fee from 150 JOD, set by the car’s price, due only when our work produces the completed sale, under a separate written agreement with the owner.

For buyers: we don’t charge buyers a fee.

Nothing on this website is by itself an agreement to represent a vehicle. That only happens through a written agreement with the owner.

We don’t guarantee that any car will sell, or its price, timeframe or the availability of finance. We don’t provide financing, warranties or inspection services.

We are not responsible for the condition of any vehicle, or for the obligations of the buyer and seller to each other. We do our best to present accurate, clear information and will correct any error we become aware of.

Please don’t misuse the forms, submit false information, or submit someone else’s details without their permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
